My name is Linda. I love discovering new CPG brands, and I hate data entry.

…wait, what?
…wait, what?
…wait, what?
Lots of people want to use new technology like AI and LLMs to create art, but I'd rather use it to do stuff we all hate doing (like manual data entry, transactional emailing, and setting up EDI connections).
I'm based in beautiful, foggy San Francisco, CA. I graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Economics and Business Administration, and moved to New York City to work in a rotational finance and operations program at Citi. First thing I internalized: wow, there's still a lot of data entry in the business world. Second thing: wow, it can be a real PITA to untangle wrong data entry.
I learned how to code as a 5-9 / weekend gig, automated a bunch of my data entry and reporting, and had a lot of free time at work. In fact, I had enough free time to think about new business ideas, and I pitched one of them to Citi leadership. It got funded. I got to pivot to a job on the tech side of the bank and moved to San Francisco. This idea is now an independent startup and a credit card.
I went to Flexport to make customs filings better for customs brokers. There's a lot of work that could be improved with tech … manual data entry, a lot of data review, and so many serious financial consequences if anything is missing, wrong, or late. So naturally, I loved it. It was important and necessary work. I automated a lot of the tedious data entry and review, built EDI capabilities from scratch, and automated customs brokers' Importer Security Filing process from up to 2 hours to 15 seconds. Eventually, I realized it was time to take off the "intrapreneurship" training wheels.
Now, I'm an entrepreneur. I love discovering new CPG brands (in fact, I've probably bought your products from your Instagram ads and told my friends about them). I still hate data entry. It sucks that there aren't many great options to avoid it for the businesses that would benefit the most: small, growing brands who want to focus on the most impactful work.
That's why I'm doing this. I'd love to try your products and to grow with you as you get into more stores. And you'll be working with me, directly, end-to-end.
